Smoked Turkey-Wild Rice Soup

2 teaspoons oil
2 carrots,peeled and chopped
1 onion,chopped
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
¼ teaspoon rosemary
¼ teaspoon pepper
4 cups chicken broth
1 pound smoked turkey,chopped
1 cup wild rice,uncooked
1/3 cup flour
3 cups nondairy creamer
2 tablespoons red wine or cooking sherry

In a large stock pot,sauté carrots,onion and garlic in oil over medium-high heat until soft – 188宝金博about 10 minutes.Stir in rosemary and pepper.Add broth,turkey and rice.Bring to a boil;reduce heat and simmer,covered,for 188宝金博about 1-1/2 hours.In a small bowl,whisk together flour and nondairy creamer until smooth.Gradually add to pot,stirring constantly.Stir in wine.Reheat gently over low to medium heat.
